A Cinderella Story
Stanford Women’s Gymnastics started the season ranked 53rd. It wasn’t pretty. A rough start, missed routines, and plenty of doubt. But something shifted. Meet after meet, they kept climbing. Into the top 25. Then the top 10. And finally, all the way to Nationals.
From 53rd to 5th. This is their Cinderella story.
The Closer.
Chloe Widner is the closer for a reason. Easily one of the top 10 gymnasts in the country, she shows up under pressure and delivers every single time. This season, she closed out every event and earned two perfect 10s.
College Cup.
Stanford Women’s Soccer went undefeated all season. Not a single loss. Still, they didn’t get a first seed. So they did what they do best and proved everyone wrong. They made it to the College Cup and knocked out No. 1 BYU in the Final Four.
Win Vs. Oregon
Stanford Women’s Soccer took down Oregon and kept the undefeated season rolling. Business as usual.
10 More Days
Cincinnati Women’s Basketball heard the noise. Ten days out and the mindset was already locked in. No excuses. No distractions. Just the grind. This video lit the fire for the locker room, the fans, and anyone watching. A statement before the season even tipped off.
National Women in Sports Day
Stanford is the destination for the best athletes in the world. These two teams are proof of that. Both made it to a national championship. Both are stacked with some of the top athletes in their sport.
On National Women in Sports Day, we celebrate power, talent, and the standard they continue to set.
